FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER

Term Time only

7.5 hours per week - work pattern to be agreed

Starting Salary (Actual) £4413.34 pay award pending

Fixed Term until 21st July 2025

We are a village school with excellent academic standards and we provide personalised education for all kinds of learners. Sited within the heart of Bishops Itchington village, we have a rich learning environment for pupils aged from 3 to 11 years, which includes a preschool and after school clubs.

We are looking to recruit a family support worker to work for our school for 7.5 hours per week. The role is to work closely with families to support them to overcome short or long-term difficulties. These could be relating to a range of needs including disability, school attendance, mental health, finance, housing, domestic abuse. This would include running Early Help Meetings, liaising with external agencies and safeguarding responsibilities.

Family Support Worker qualification and experience in this role would be favourable.
